Job Title: IT Support Specialist Apprentice
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist Apprentice to join our team at QA. As an IT Support Specialist Apprentice, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of ICT systems to facilitate teaching, learning, administration, and leadership
- Provide remote and face-to-face technical support in line with the academy's ICT support service definition
- Support pupils and staff in the appropriate use of ICT, through advice or training
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Participate in the maintenance and upgrade of IT systems and equipment
Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
Working Hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
