About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver individual training plans tailored to learner needs
  • Access and utilize BKSB software and analytics as applicable
  • Deliver high-quality training to exceed awarding body quality standards for functional skills, in the workplace or remotely using Teams
  • Deliver training using approved training resources for groups or individuals
  • Monitor and record learner progress, providing detailed reports to Exams Officer and Apprenticeship Tutors
  • Supply information to employees and employers to support apprenticeship programs
  • Contribute to the regular self-assessment monitoring process
  • Attend CPD and Standardization events as required
  • Complete relevant documentation to progress learner recording

Requirements
  • Hold a qualification or experience in delivering high-quality functional skills training at Level 1 and 2, remotely and face-to-face
  • Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications
  • Experience working with employers in a training or customer relations role
  • Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel to customer sites
  • Experience working in Further Education or a similar environment
