About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our night-time operations in our busy warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, from receiving goods to dispatching orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a diverse team of warehouse staff during night shifts, focusing on motivating and developing them to achieve top performance.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on health and safety, staff wellbeing, and the overall presentation of the warehouse.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving goods, stock management, and timely picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of performance, people, and housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Familiarity with day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory management.

  • A competitive salary of £31,625 - £35,075 (dependent on experience) inclusive of shift allowance.
