Brighton College seeks a Director of Student Guidance and Development to oversee the implementation of a comprehensive careers strategy, aligning with Gatsby benchmarks.

The role involves working closely with the Global Futures Team to provide students with guidance, direction, and purpose throughout their journey through the college. The successful candidate will design and deliver a meaningful and inspiring careers curriculum in Lower Third to Upper Sixth.

We offer a competitive salary, $140,000 - $170,000, and an excellent benefits package. All staff are enrolled in the Teachers' Pension Scheme (TPS). Generous fee remission is also available for dependent children.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and leading others, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for enhancing pupils' understanding of the range of possibilities open to them – both at school and after they leave.
