About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Greyhound Nr Wootton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for driving the food culture and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction* Develop and maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment* Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and implement new menu ideas and dishes* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety* Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service delivery

About You:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential. You will be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
