We are currently on the lookout for a Service Support Operative to join our essential team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Flexibility is key to meet business needs. Daily tasks may vary, but generally include:
  • Assisting with basic food preparation
  • Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and front-of-house areas
  • Serving food and beverages to patrons
  • Operating cash registers and managing transactions
  • Cleaning back-of-house spaces, dishes, and utensils
  • Ensuring counters and public areas are tidy and well-maintained
  • Performing basic cold food preparation and made-to-order services
  • Restocking supplies and ensuring merchandise displays are appealing
  • Reporting any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock requirements, or hazards to the line manager
  • Completing daily paperwork and adhering to food hygiene and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Personal transportation is necessary due to the location's limited public transport options
  • A DBS check will be required
