Dietitian Position

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our Community team at County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a proactive department with a strong focus on service improvement, digital advancement, and staff development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload referred to the service by community or secondary care professionals. They will work closely with other Community Dietitians and members of the wider multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients.

• Manage a caseload of patients referred to the service
• Work closely with other Community Dietitians and the multidisciplinary team
• Provide high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings

The ideal candidate will have:

• State Registration in Dietetics and membership of the British Dietetic Association
• Successful completion of a dietetic placement
• Good time management and ability to work as part of a team
