Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Delivery Professional to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading company in the delivery industry. As a Mail Courier, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers, working independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers across the region
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points, a strong sense of community and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
