Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare tax returns for individuals and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations.
* Prepare ERS and EMI returns, utilizing technical expertise to minimize tax liabilities.
* Prepare forms P11d and PSA calculations, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Respond to client queries and HMRC enquiries, providing clear and concise explanations.
* Collaborate with partners on specialist tax consultancy projects, leveraging technical knowledge and expertise.
* Identify and implement tax planning opportunities, driving business growth and revenue.
* Manage own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
About You:
* Possess at least 3 years of relevant accountancy practice experience, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
* Hold a CTA qualification or be qualified by experience, demonstrating technical proficiency and expertise.
* Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
* Communicate complex tax issues in plain English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
* Possess technical proficiency in Excel, with intermediate skills and experience.
* Hold a current driving license and have access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel to client premises.
