About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our team at The Vine in Tenterden. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to our customers and ensure that they feel valued and respected.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served promptly and to a high standard.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
