We are seeking to recruit a skilled professional to join our team as a Civil Engineering Site Agent in the Brackley area.
As a Civil Engineering Site Agent, you will be responsible for assisting with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, and construction programmes. You will also need to liaise with the Project Manager to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, programme, and budget.
You will be required to manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of construction operations, ensuring they conform to contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent, and demonstrate knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills. You must also have experience of working in Earthworks and hold the following competencies: SMSTS and; CSCS White; White-Yellow; Red - Experienced; Black - Manager or Gold – Supervisor. A full driving license is also required.
About You- HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.

- Must have experience of working in Earthworks.
