Role Overview

As a Relief Pharmacy Advisor at Boots, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer care and providing health advice to our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your pharmacy career and make a positive impact on the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing tailored conversations with every customer to ensure they leave our pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary, ensuring the safe supply of medicines, and complying with legal and professional requirements.
  • Seeking opportunities to engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items.
  • Delivering efficient dispensary operations and minimizing dispensing losses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services and a genuine passion for customer care. You will also need to be able to build strong relationships with patients and your team, and understand individual customer needs to tailor your support and advice accordingly.
