Supporting Young Learners in Key Stage 2

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Primary School in Grays. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to provide targeted support to children in Key Stage 2, including those with additional needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential in a caring and stimulating environment.

The role involves supporting the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons, working 1:1 or in small groups with children, providing tailored support, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in Key Stage 2, and a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).

In return, we offer market-leading pay rates, opportunities for professional development, including CPD courses and certificates, and access to our Referral Scheme, which can earn up to £100 for each referral.

We pride ourselves on excellent service and can provide a wide range of opportunities in schools and other educational institutions, with good rates of pay, at times to suit your needs.
