- Process Overhead invoices on Sage, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support pays runs and expenses processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Conduct regular housekeeping on ledgers to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the Accounts team with account queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assist with general accounts tasks, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Previous credit control experience, with a strong understanding of financial operations and regulations.
- AAT Level 3 or equivalent, with a strong grasp of double-entry bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in working within a fast-paced accounts environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly experienced in SAGE 50 software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
- Familiarity with GDPR regulations and relevant legislation, with a strong commitment to data protection and compliance.
A basic salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
