Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our human sample and data access strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as expertise in bioscience research and sample management.

We offer a competitive salary of $145,000 - $185,000 per year, plus benefits including healthcare, pension plan membership, and shares and savings program. Our agile working culture promotes flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the human sample and data access strategy to support discovery and development of novel therapeutics.
  • Lead disease and project teams, providing guidance and expertise on translational medicine and sample management.
  • Evaluate novel techniques and technologies to inform the human sample and data access strategy.
  • Secure sources of human-derived samples and foundational/translational data relevant to our disease areas.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including academic institutions and contract research organizations.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or equivalent experience in biology, genetics, genomics, or related field.
  • Extensive post-graduate experience in bioscience research and sample management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across functions.
