IT Director

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our Information Technology (IT) team in the EMEA Region. As the IT Director, you will be responsible for managing all EMEA region IT budgets and overseeing the delivery of value to Northrop Grumman sectors and business partners.

• Lead IT, program security, and service delivery in partnership with CIO Service Lines and Global Operations.
• Manage all EMEA region IT budgets and recurring and nonrecurring activities that improve user productivity and experience, deliver value to business partners, develop talent, and manage risk.
• Establish and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships to foster an in-depth understanding of business requirements.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field of study.
• Extensive relevant professional experience in leading diverse/matrixed functional or program teams driving outcomes and achieving results.
• Results-oriented team player with ability to handle rapidly changing projects and priorities while maintaining strong professional presence.
