Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team as an Air & Ground Steward. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service on our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure the comfort, safety, and welfare of passengers travelling on 10 Sqn or 101 Sqn Voyager aircraft.
- To be part of cabin crew on the RAF A330-200 'Voyager' Aircraft of 10Sqn and 101Sqn.
- To follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers.
- A minimum of GCSE's at grade G/1 in English Language and Mathematics.
- At least 12 months currency as qualified airline industry Cabin Crew, within the last 24 months.
- Cabin Crew Apprenticeship Level 3 or City and Guilds Diploma in Air Cabin Crew Operations Level 2.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
