We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Gap Personnel - Cardiff. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients across South Wales.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a proven track record of delivering results. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and stakeholders, sourcing and recruiting candidates, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
