About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at ISS UK. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Recruit and manage a team of cleaning operatives
  • Ensure effective use of staff and equipment, and maintain budgetary control of labour and materials
  • Monitor and maintain standards, and carry out regular audits and risk assessments
  • Manage implementation of Company's Health, Safety and Environmental policy

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, at least two years' experience in a similar position, and strong management and IT skills. You should be proactive, flexible, and customer-focused.
