Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Orion Electrotech. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in the UK and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
* Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues with special purpose machinery
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
* Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence
* Engineering qualification, ideally mechanical or electrical engineering
* Experience in an engineering technical support role
* Physically fit and able to lift 40kg unassisted
* Extensive experience in fault diagnosis on hydraulic systems and electrical circuits
