About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to fill the position of Technical Infrastructure Lead at Spring. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our offices in London and Milan.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, including Mac and PC platforms, as well as experience working in a production environment. You will be required to develop and maintain the IT department to service both onsite and offsite teams, and will need to demonstrate strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, including onsite support and crisis management.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new starters, incorporating IT training.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide first-class IT service.
  • Maintain up-to-date IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct PAT testing and DSE assessments of workstations.
  • Advise, plan, and purchase all IT equipment and services.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, focusing on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage IT 3rd party contracts and vendors, mobile phones, servers, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and replacement schedules.
  • Configure and manage servers, hardware, and software applications.
  • Optimize cloud services for performance and cost.
  • Manage and maintain all necessary documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT role.

Desired Technology Skills & Experience:
  • Experience working in a production environment.
  • Networking expertise, including firewalls, switches, and wifi management.
  • Cloud services experience, particularly Azure.
  • Knowledge of Windows server, Windows 10, and Apple Hardware & OSX.
  • ERP Systems, Office 365 admin, Adobe, and video conferencing systems.
Estimated Salary: £68,000 per annum.
