MWS RCS - Project Manager

Delivering Excellence

M Group Services, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Scottish Water Regional Contractor Services (RCS) Framework team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Scottish Water, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the water and wastewater industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including NEC4 contracts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
