**Company Overview:** Penguin Recruitment is a leading Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, specializing in Flood Risk, Drainage and River Engineering.
**About the Role:
We are searching for a skilled Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join our team based in Gatwick. As a Graduate Drainage Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting Flood Risk, Environmental, Drainage and River Projects for residential development projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing technical work including:
- Flood Risk Assessments for flood zones 1, 2 and 3.
- Flood Risk Mapping using ArcGIS.
- Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications.
This role offers a competitive salary of **£45,000 - £60,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus a substantial benefits package and career progression opportunities.
**Key Requirements:** To be considered for this role, applicants must have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Geography, Civil Engineering, Environmental Management, Geoscience, Hydrology or Civil Engineering, with experience working for a Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk or Drainage Projects.
**Working Environment:** The successful candidate will be expected to work from our office in Gatwick, with occasional travel to project sites.
