We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Teaching Assistant to join one of our excellent Secondary school partners in Westminster. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside experienced teachers to deliver high-quality education to students.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £475-500 per week, inclusive of holidays, paid via PAYE. This role offers term-time work only, with a full-time support staff contract running through the academic year.

Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Aiding the class teacher in conducting effective and engaging lessons
  • Working with whole classes, small groups, and individual students
  • Providing additional support to students who require extra help

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive educational environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a degree of at least a 2:1 from a Russell Group University
  • Have previous child-centred experience (preferably)
  • Be passionate about working with children
  • Possess subject specialism, knowledge, and expertise
  • Exhibit vibrant character and excellent communication skills
