**Job Title:** Senior Forensic Psychologist

**Location:** Ministry of Justice

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Forensic Psychologist to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to individuals who require specialist support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to inform treatment plans and interventions.
  • Develop and implement complex psychological interventions, including individual and group work.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and senior staff on psychological matters.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective and integrated service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society.
  • Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Significant experience of working with high-risk offenders and complex psychological issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
