Apcoa Parking is seeking an Maintenance Operative to support the GTR Operations Management Team, based out of Luton. This role requires the use of a company van to cover Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northwest London as well as holidays in the southern region of the business.


As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the hedges through trimming, strimming grassed areas and weeding, leaf clearance and ensuring the site is clean and tidy. You will also be required to maintain and clean signage, including minor installations and minor works. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and vegetation within the car parks and grounds.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain hedges through trimming
  • Strim grassed areas and undertake weeding and leaf clearance
  • Maintain and clean signage, including minor installations and minor works
  • Ensure the site is clean and tidy
  • Maintain the grounds and vegetation within the car parks and grounds
  • Travel to different sites to ensure they are clear and free of debris and vegetation

Key Requirements:
