Job Title: Painter / Decorator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Decorator to join our team at Fusion People Ltd. As a key member of our Ministry of Justice (MoJ) account in HMP Berwyn, you will play a vital role in ensuring the planned and reactive maintenance work within the prisons is carried out in a safe, compliant, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform planned and reactive paint work in all areas of the prison.
- Ensure the care and maintenance of tools, materials, and additional company property.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the contract.

Requirements:

- Must be a fully qualified Painter.
- Previous relevant work-related experience.
- Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Comfortable working alongside prisoners.
