Depot Learning and Development Facilitator

About the Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled professional to support and deliver colleague inductions, as well as facilitate a range of learning sessions, including GDP and manual handling. This role will also involve working closely with our Warehouse Excellence team to assist with the delivery of key projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver colleague inductions
- Facilitate learning sessions, including GDP and manual handling
- Work closely with the Warehouse Excellence team to deliver key projects
- Maintain accurate training records
Requirements
- Depot/Warehouse experience across a variety of roles
- Moving Handling Trained Trainer
- PTLLs or KTL Training Courses
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite with a good basic working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Good understanding of GDP, FMD and depot SOPs
- Full UK Driving Licence
