Job Summary: We are seeking a Complex Needs Support Assistant to join our team at Avon Support Ltd in Warwick.

The successful candidate will provide support to a young lady with Autism and Challenging Behaviour in a community setting, promoting independence, skills development, and overall well-being.

About the Role:

As a Complex Needs Support Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and participating in activities that promote engagement and social interaction, encouraging independence, and supporting with daily living tasks.

\

You will also utilise communication aids and develop strategies to manage challenging behaviour, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

\

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and Challenging Behaviour\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
