Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as conversation, games, and outings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid driving license and reliable transportation for work-related purposes.
  • Previous experience in a care setting (not essential, as full training will be provided).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.

In exchange for your dedication and expertise, we provide a competitive compensation package, featuring:

  • An estimated salary of £14 per hour on weekdays and £15 on weekends, with guaranteed hours available after a probationary period.
