Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Director to play a pivotal role in shaping our governance framework and implementing best practices for the integration of acquired companies or disposals.

This senior-level professional will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration into Inchcape. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in managing complex integration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans, aligning with the Inchcape Accelerate strategy.
  • Establish effective communication channels with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the integration process.
  • Cultivate a cohesive and productive work environment, fostering collaboration among departments such as finance, People, IT, legal, operations, and Commercial.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with M&A teams to provide integration-related input during the due diligence phase.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Synergy Realization
  • Establish processes and reporting mechanisms to capture and measure synergy delivery for acquisitions.
Post-Merger Assessment and Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct post-merger assessments to evaluate integration effectiveness.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize future integration processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading M&A integration, either in consultancy or an operating environment with demonstrated best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of success in managing complex integration projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, and legal compliance in the context of M&A.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on driving business growth.
  • Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
