We're currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our growing Tyneside depot. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

What We Can Offer You:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, with an overtime rate of £17.16 per hour once contractual hours are completed. Our full-time colleagues also enjoy a minimum of 32 days' annual leave (including Bank Holidays) and a 3% contribution to their pension.

What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and scanning parcels into cages, and working efficiently as part of a team. You'll use hand-held terminals, pump-trucks, and clever conveyor systems to deliver parcels to the right place.

Our Warehouse Operatives work in a fast-paced environment, processing up to 40,000 parcels in a shift. But don't worry, you won't be tackling them alone Teamwork is key, and you'll be supported by smart kit and a great team.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

We're looking for individuals who are physically fit, can work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, and can ensure scanning compliance. If you're a strong communicator and can work well under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.
