We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Learning Disabilities and Autism Outreach team at Essex County Council. Key Responsibilities:

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England, with at least 1 year of post-qualifying experience. You will bring a thorough understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, and Court of Protection procedures, as well as confidence in person-centred, positive risk-taking approaches.
