Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

About the Company: Templegate Recruitment Limited is a well-established and highly successful recruitment agency specializing in financial services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide vital administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with plan providers to obtain client information, valuations, and documentation.
• Complete, check, and accurately input client details into Intelligent Office (IO) software.
• Maintain and update client records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle the submission and verification of new business applications to providers.
• Prepare, print, bind, and send reports, letters, and presentations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, calls, emails, and faxes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms.
• Provide relevant documentation to Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.
• Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, FCA guidelines, Compliance standards, and Data Protection policies.
• Assist with the preparation of client financial planning reviews.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in administration, ideally within a financial advisory firm.
• A solid understanding of financial products (Pensions, ISAs, Life Cover, Mortgages, etc.).
• Prior experience with Intelligent Office (IO) software.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong numeracy and literacy abilities.
• A proactive, thorough, and diligent work ethic.
• Ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels, including with clients, colleagues, product providers, and third-party contacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
