About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in East Renfrewshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support, adapting your communication style to meet their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and aspirations of the people we support are met.
  • Assist individuals with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
  • Support individuals to expand their social networks and connections, promoting independence and inclusion.
