Lead Theatre Practitioner – Combined Speciality

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our perioperative care team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality care to patients during their surgical journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of theatre practitioners, coordinating staff training needs and resource requirements.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, applying best evidence-based practice within your scope of practice.
- Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act, ensuring appropriate measures are taken to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
- Assemble, check, and prepare surgical equipment, instruments, and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures.
