Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Activity Leader to join our team at Willink Leisure Centre in Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports activities to children during our Fun Weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and challenging sports sessions to primary-aged children
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Develop and implement sports programmes to meet the needs of children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and children
Requirements:
  • Passion for working with children and delivering fun sports activities
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in delivering sports activities to children
  • First aid certification
