About the Role
At Skillsbay Limited, we're seeking a skilled Fusion Support Analyst to provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Oracle Fusion HR, Payroll, and Self-Service functions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and external contractors, managing system upgrades, development projects, and daily triage meetings.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Providing expert support for Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll, and related modules.
  • Leading or participating in daily triage meetings and managing system incidents.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
  • Managing or leading on Fusion-driven projects, delivering clear outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience with Oracle technologies, including 3 years with Fusion in a support or implementation role. They will possess strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core, Payroll, and related modules, as well as skills in SQL, Oracle Fast Formula, and troubleshooting HCM/Payroll incidents. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are also essential. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment is required. Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
