Premier Engineering is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies across their operations in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for staff to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Collaborate with management to implement health and safety initiatives and maintain HSE records.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders on HSE performance and compliance.
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Certificate, IOSH, or equivalent in Health & Safety Management.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and accident investigations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety reporting tools.
