Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Client Growth Strategist to lead key client relationships, manage direct reports, and drive growth through new business pitches and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue through lead generation and new business pitches.
  • Cross-Market Expertise: Leverage significant OOH planning experience and/or extensive Comms planning experience to navigate multiple currencies and markets with ease.
  • Relationship Management: Foster first-class relationship management skills with strong commercial acumen to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate across all levels both internally and externally, contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of increasing revenue through lead generation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work across multiple currencies and markets.
  • First class relationship management skills with strong commercial acumen and ability to manage people.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally.
