Senior BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team at Verto People. As a Senior BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our infrastructure, commercial, and rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the BIM coordination process, ensuring all projects adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate BIM workflows effectively into project delivery.
  • Conduct clash detection and perform model audits, resolving design and technical issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the production of detailed drawings and documentation, leveraging Revit software.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior BIM coordinators and technicians, promoting a culture of excellence in Architecture and BIM.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in BIM coordination, with a background in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
