Job Title: Senior Analysis Analyst

At NIHR, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Analysis Analyst to drive the implementation and maintenance of NIHR Indicator evidence. As a key member of our team, you'll coordinate a team of indicator leads to develop and analyze data, presenting findings to senior leaders across NIHR and DHSC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate data collection and analysis for NIHR Indicator evidence
  • Develop and review quantitative and qualitative indicator evidence
  • Provide guidance on data quality, methods, and presentation
  • Support the development of proactive content demonstrating NIHR's outcomes and impacts
  • Liaise with other NIHR Impact Programme projects and lead indicator leads
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in a science or biomedical field
  • Background in social sciences, research funding, or relevant experience
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research knowledge and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
