Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a children's residential home.
  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Care, or currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care.
  • Valid UK driving license with a willingness to commute.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or a willingness to complete), preferred.
