Exciting Opportunity: Behaviour Support Mentors Wanted
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £85-£90 per day
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We're seeking Behaviour Support Mentors to join our dynamic team and support students with communication and behavioural challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with students who have a range of needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and communication difficulties
- Help students thrive and achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience with PECS, Makaton, or early interventions is a plus
- Passion for SEND support and a commitment to helping every child succeed
- Excellent communication skills and creativity in adapting learning tasks
