Employment Guidance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to join our team at HR EMPLOYMENT BUREAU LIMITED.
About the Role:This is a 6-month contract opportunity to work as an Employment Advisor in Walsall, West Midlands.
As an Employment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing career advice and guidance to young adults and young people with complex barriers.
You will work closely with managers to support the delivery of employment services and ensure that clients receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide career advice and guidance to young adults and young people with complex barriers.
- Assist managers in the delivery of employment services.
- Work with clients to identify their career goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
- Provide information on key policies, procedures, regulations, and legislation.
- Work in a variety of outreach settings, including community libraries, job centres, and schools.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educated to a Level 4 or above in Careers Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG).
- Experience working with young adults and young people with complex barriers.
- Experience working in a similar environment, such as a local authority, health authority, or voluntary sector.
- Qualifications in a relevant field, such as a professional qualification in careers guidance.
