We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Barnsley. As an integral part of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and management of our customer network, server, and cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist with the delivery of network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.">
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to investigate and resolve allocated Incident Tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements.">
  • Act as a 2/3rd Line escalation point for Service Desk incident tickets, providing expert technical support and guidance.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">
  • ">
  • Extensive experience in network infrastructure design, implementation, and management.">
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Virtualisation (VMware/HyperV/Nutanix), and TCP/IP Networking (DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing).">
  • Strong understanding of Powershell Scripting, Cisco/Ruckus, Fortigate/Watchguard/Sophos, Endpoint Management and Security, Backup Management, PRTG, and relevant industry standards.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a delivery team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.">
