- Shoot Management: Organise and oversee all logistics for photography assignments, including travel, accommodations, permits, model bookings, budget management, invoices, and contracts.
- On-Site Photography: Undertake studio and location shoots, contributing creatively to each project as required.
- Model Direction and Styling: Engage and direct models on set to bring the brand's vision to life.
- Image Retouching: Edit and retouch images, preparing them for online and print use.
- Asset Management: Organise and maintain a well-structured digital asset library, ensuring easy access and file management.
- Studio Maintenance: Set up, manage, and maintain the photo studio, including lighting equipment, props, and general organisation.
- Event Coverage: Capture key events such as store openings, press events, and other PR-related activities.

- Safety and Best Practices: Maintain safety standards and best practices for both studio and location shoots.
- Creative Vision: Leverage a keen creative eye to produce unique, visually engaging photos, continuously seeking new inspiration and testing new concepts to advance Saltrock's visual content.
- Equipment Management: Ensure proper maintenance of all photography equipment, communicating any needs or issues to the Creative Project Manager.
- Freelance Collaboration: Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with freelance photographers and videographers, building a network of talent for ad hoc projects and expanding creative capabilities.
