Maes Y Coed Home - A New Opportunity for Care and Support Professionals

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at Maes Y Coed, a brand new home in the Pembrokeshire area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to adults with complex needs associated with autism.

About the Role

  • Ensure the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met through a supportive and caring environment.
  • Support our residents during recreational activities, outings, and community integration.
  • Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our residents, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
  • Work together with the team to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Keep accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents.
  • Contribute to general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.

  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts.
