Job Title: Senior Group Systems Accountant

La Fosse is seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Systems Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing Group financial systems to ensure they remain effective, well-controlled, supported, and developed to meet current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide technical support for the Group reporting system (Tagetik), including user access, metadata, and month-end/budget tasks, ensuring it meets current and future requirements.
  • Align system data structures with other finance ERPs and resolve discrepancies.
  • Address Tagetik issues using expertise or by coordinating with Group IT or consultants.
  • Support the Group Accounting and Consolidation Manager and reporting team.
  • Drive ongoing system development and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports for finance processes.
  • Train Tagetik users and represent Finance in key system projects, leading implementation and development efforts.
Requirements:
  • Full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Experience with EPM tools and hands-on knowledge of Tagetik, SAP BPC, SAP FC, Hyperion, OneStream, Cognos TM1, or similar
  • Proficient in application creation, dimensions, data forms, workflow, report design, Smart View, and system integration
  • Skilled in managing the chart of accounts, account mapping, and change management
  • Experience in group accounting
