Conveyancing Assistant Role

At Mulberry Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our client, a leading law firm based in Farnborough. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing local searches against previous records, managing Help to Buy loan redemptions, and verifying mortgage offers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing local searches against previous records
  • Managing Help to Buy loan redemptions and coordinating with lenders
  • Verifying mortgage offers, liaising with clients and lenders to address queries
